In 1958 two forward thinking companies simultaneously invented an integrated circuit board which would eventually evolve into the modern day microchip.  Just like you and I today with our Information Technology (IT) purchases, these companies were looking for ways to automate, consolidate, and speed up work processes. 

From the birth of Information technology and now decades later, IT promised to make our lives easier, fuller, more entertaining, and less complicated.  As you probably know, IT does not always work.  Many times the entertainment is found in watching others struggle with IT.
